Wayward Seattle Store Grand Opening
Join us at 2nd and Pine this Saturday, Sept. 16th to celebrate!
From 2 pm – 7 pm, come check out what some of our favorite brand partners are up to:
The Mystery Made crew will be screen printing posters, featuring an exclusive Mystery Made x Wayward graphic. Prints are available for the first 100 people! Screen print your own or take one from the stack while supplies last.
Grilled Cheese Experience food truck will be parked in front of the store from 5 pm – 9 pm for your munching needs. If you’re going to come by the event for only one reason, do it for the cheese.
Duffyleg has been working all week on an exclusive installation in our dressing room. Come by for the reveal and experience it yourself.
Baxter of CA ambassador, Deanna Teasley, will be offering free hair and beard trims from 3 pm – 7 pm. Trims take about 15mins, so come early before she books up.
Richer Poorer is bringing up their chain stitcher from LA to customize your RP basics from 2 pm – 8 pm! All you have to do is purchase a Richer Poorer basic (like tank or tee), pick your thread color and text, and tell them where to stick it. This process takes about 15 minutes per garment – come in early before they book up.
Seattle’s favorite DJ Sean Cee will be spinning in the shop to get the vibes right while you check out the activations.
Starting at 2 pm, we’ll have a full cash bar for the day drinkers, lasting until the event ends at 10 pm. Our good friends at Yeti will also be providing free beers w/koozies during the live music sets, available while supplies last so get there by 7pm.
Our friends from Lomography will be in the shop with their instant film and cameras! Try the cameras for yourself, take a selfie or photos with your friends, and keep the pictures to remind you of the awesome time you had.
B&O Play will be giving away a pair of Beoplay headphones. The only way to enter to win is to swing by the event and sign up with your email. Chances to win are based on total entries.
Vans has teamed up with Seattle-based non-profit Urban Artworks to support their mission of creating public art that empowers young people and transforms communities. Urban Artworks is working with the artists listed below to custom paint individual pairs of Vans SK8-Hi shoes. These will be on display during the event and available to bid on via silent auction. All proceeds from the auction will go towards supporting Urban Artworks’ mission. Come by before 7 pm to place your bid on a pair of custom painted Vans!
